SUMMER INTERNSHIP/ TRAINING @ ACS PUNE

Automation and Control Systems -  is pleased to announce Free Summer Internship to engineering students from Electrical , instrumentation , Electronics branches at our Pune head office .

The Aim of the Internship is to prepare students with practical skills as per Industry norms and make them capable with the objective of getting a core industry Job.

Selected students will get practical training on PLC , DCS ,Robot ,Plant Automation and more . Experts from various companies like ABB , Tata Motors , Tetra Pack etc would be coming for delivering talk to students . Students would benefit from the direct interaction with reputed industry professionals.

The internship would be free for the selected students . Accommodation would have to be arranged by students .

Notes:

The internship duration would be for 3-5 weeks for students of 2/3rd year ( who have to return back to college ) and the duration would be for 4-6 weeks for students who are completing their final year ( passing out in 2017 ).

• January 9 – March 14: Phase 1 – Register your team and submit your idea.
• March 22 – March 30: Ericsson jury evaluation.
• March 31: Semi-finalists announcement. 10 team announced to go to semi-finals and receive mentorship from Ericsson Experts.
• April 3 – April 28: Phase 2 – Collaboration and mentorship from Ericsson Experts to create a minimum viable product and submit to semi-finalist judging.
• April 28: Semi-finalists submissions due.
• May 12: Finalists announced.
• TBA June: Final presentations and awards event. Location to be announced.

Team Size: Two - Four people, and all members should be current students, graduating with an associate, bachelors, masters or doctorate degree on or after May 1, 2017
